I purchased this System for my business several months ago. The set was not the difficult and with little effort I was able to view my cameras online. The problem started about two month ago, when my DVR started "rebooting" every few minutes. I call tech support, It took them a very long time to get to me a least 20 min waiting. When the service tech finally got on the phone he told me to unplug it and wait then plug it back in. Didn't work, then download fireware didn't work. I told him maybe it the hard drive. He said return it to the store, I told him that would be difficult as I would have to return the whole system including cameras, cables and mounts that took me the better part of the day to put up. I just wanted a replacement DVR,

Bottom line: Cameras are good, DVR's bad, Customer service Very Very bad, Online Tech support very bad

I would not buy again, I'd spend the extra money get a better brand.
