I just received this product which arrived on time and well packaged. I did have an issue during the initial assembly though. One of the small (7mm head) bolt and nuts that hold the metal bracket to the light stand adapter was totally loose. One of the bulbs had a broken filament and therefore didn't work.
I'm a little technical so I was able to reattach the bracket to the adapter. I'm a little experienced in assembling soft boxes so it really wasn't an issue. The rods don't always insert fully so be very sure there are in deep otherwise they may pop out and take an eye out. As with most hot lights they smoke at initial start that goes away so use them at home before you take them in a client's presence.
The stands are not bad. They are big and appropriate for the type of light it is (hot and dangerous). I don't like the springs in the stand, I prefer air cushioned stands but for the price I can't complain.
Yes they are hot, but this was the expectation. I chose these as opposed to other halogen because they are air cooled (i.e. quiet) and don't disrupt your quiet set. The also cool faster than any other halogen I've used.
It comes with two well-constructed bags; one for the lights and soft boxes and the other for the stands.
I got a pleasant surprise to see a grid for the soft boxes, yeah!. :-). I'm rating four starts because of the light bulb and loose nut and bolt.
I'm shooting a TV ad in a few days in the field, therefore I will report on how they travel to and perform in the field.

NOTE: I cannot find a replacement bulb on amazon. Regular work lights are 3000k and these are 3200k
