Please check return policy for this seller(Galactics) I bought the sony live with walkman and did not like it as it as poor battery life. The seller would not accept returns. They say they do not accept return for product with warranty if it is opened. I dont understand how a person is supposed to get satisfied with the product only by seeing the box and not opening it. I am stuck with this crappy phone and seems like wasted my money in it. Please beware before buying
