This did all that, and the price was right, and installation easy. Both the fax unit and the cordless phone have the caller ID feature, which was a plus. The only disappointment was that Staples does not carry a generic version of the replacement film, and the Panasonic replacement film is pricy. So just don't let your kids copy their term papers on it!
