ASUS CM6730-US011S Desktop (Black) Review

Put simply: there is no graphics card. Although the description lists the GPU as "NV GT640", which is in fact a configuration offered for this model by Asus, it actually ships with the same Intel HD graphics found in other entry level systems. I would have given this a lot lower of a rating if I hadn't worked out the error with Amazon, but as of now, the listing is still wrong on the site.

Otherwise the system has been rock solid stability-wise and light years faster than my old system (a self-built AMD Athlon, non-dual core). Hated Windows 8 at first, but after much Googling and tweaking, I've now got the new Start Page configured to my liking and am quite pleased.

All in all, a good machine, albeit a bit pricey given the actual graphics configuration.
